Online Shopping

When you place an order through the probosslacrosse.com website, we collect your contact and financial information. The contact information is used to prepare and send your order. The financial information is used to bill you for the goods that you have requested.

Credit card purchases approved and received by 2 pm EST will be shipped within 1 business day. Purchases received after 3 pm EST will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt.

Delivery Policy

Purolator Courier will ship your package during their normal business hours. If they are unable to deliver your package the carrier will leave a delivery information slip at your door. You will be required to take this slip to the depot listed in order to pick up your package.

You may want to have your package shipped to your business address in case no one is home during the day to accept the delivery. Please note that we have provided a "billing address" and a separate "ship to address" on our order form to accommodate this type of delivery or if you wish to redirect your parcel to a third party.

Purolator will not ship to PO Boxes - please use a physical street address. If your order is refused or shipped back you will still be charged the original shipping and handling fee. Orders shipped via Purolator are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined on their website: www.purolator.com

SHIPMENTS TO WITHIN CANADA

Shipping costs depend on the amount that you purchase online (refer to chart bellow). Shipments are sent Purolator Ground Service. This shipping method is Purolator’s most economical mode and takes one business day or more, depending on the destination.

SHIPMENTS TO THE UNITED STATES

Orders are shipped by Purolator Ground US service. This service is the most efficient and cost effective shipping method. Your shipment will be delivered in two or more business days, depending on the destination.

DUTY FEES

US Customs may require that you pay additional taxes or duties before it arrives to its destination. These taxes and/or duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please note: Orders may be randomly selected by US Customs for inspection which may impede the shipping time. The Lax Shack and/or Purolator are not responsible for this delay.

When you purchase ProbossLacrosse.com merchandise for International delivery it is sent by Purolator Express International.

Tracking your order

You will receive an email of your shipping status with your tracking number. To find out the status of your shipment go to www.purolator.com. On the right side of the screen you will find the tracking program. Simply type in the reference # we provided you with.

Sales Taxes

All Canadian purchases will be subject to the applicable Provincial and Federal sales taxes.  US & international orders will be exempt from all sales taxes. All charges are in Canadian Funds.

RETURN POLICY

The plastic portion on the head is under warranty. The stringing material is not under warranty. Brine, Warrior, STX and Reebok heads are guaranteed for 6 months by the manufacturer. Gait, Harrow and MIL heads are guaranteed for 12 months by the manufacturer. If you have a broken unaltered head (not pinched, not dyed, not drilled or altered in any way) send unstrung head to Proboss Lacrosse 1080 Brock Rd. Unit #4, Pickering ON L1W 3A3. Brine, Warrior, STX and Reebok performance shafts are guaranteed for 6 months by the manufacturer. Gait and Harrow performance shafts are guaranteed for 12 months by the manufacturer. Aluminum and wood shafts are not under warranty. Shaft warrantees vary from shaft to shaft (please call for information or check the manufacturer’s website.   Equipment has a 30 day manufacturer’s warranty.

When returning your warranty product, include your original sale receipt and the Return/Exchange Form.  You are responsible for shipping to and from The Lax Shack. You may also bring any warranted piece of equipment to The Lax Shack with your original receipt for replacement. Please allow 14 business days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange made. All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
